Press Release and Mission of the Belgrade Bienniale:

Belgrade Cultural Association  organizes a prestigious exhibition of artworks:
"Belgrade Bienniale" 2019 "Creative thoughts of the East & West.
The exhibition held from 1 to 15 June 2019 in the gallery of Belgrade Cultural Association .
The opening ceremony, with the presence of the author, distinguished guests from abroad, representatives of the embassies and guests is:

The exhibition will be opened by  President of the Cultural Association of Belgrade, Milinko Jelovac. The entrance is free.

The Belgrade Bienniale is an international exhibition organized by the Belgrade Cultural Association in the presence of guests from abroad and diplomatic corps.
The mission of the Belgrade Bienniale is the development of innovative, critical and experimental art and cultural production in the exchange of information and experiences of domestic and foreign artists.
Through the Belgrade Bienniale, we are trying to influence the development of international cultural cooperation, the development of intercultural dialogue and the cultivation of cultural diversity, the strengthening of the capacities of the actors of the independent cultural scene, the expansion and improvement of education in the field of culture, as well as recognition of the culture of equality and diversity.
Belgrade Biennial 2019 is the third Bienniale. The previous Bienniale's, in 2017 & 2015, were extremely successful and media broadcasted, both in domestic and foreign media. Let's just mention that one of the leading Brazilian daily newspapers "Dario" dedicated most of the front page of the Belgrade Biennale.
